Muay Thai is a combat sport from Thailand that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. If you are interested in self-defense and fitness then this could be the sport for you. What many don’t realise is there is the spiritual side that when talking to fighters Inspire quickly understood just how significant this part is.

Inspire paid a visit to Sityodtong and the video feature can be viewed below. The fighters here are tough, yet don’t feel intimidated as they are very open to new guys wanting to learn and train.

Where in Pattaya can you train?

Pattaya offers a number of training schools with two of the most famous being Fairtex in Naklua and Sityodtong located in East Pattaya. There is also a well equipped training centre next door to Tony’s World of Sport gym on Third Road, around 100 metres from the Pattaya Tai junction.

Sityodtong Training Packages:

Opening hours : Monday – Saturday from 7.00 – 10.00 am and 15.00 – 18.00 pm If required coaching in an extra hour, please inform the school or coach 1 day in advance

– 250 baht per session

– Training for 1 week morning / afternoon 3,000 baht

– Training for 2 weeks morning / afternoon 5,500 baht

– Training for 1 month morning / afternoon 10,000 baht

– Training up from 3 months, trainee will receive a certificate from Sityodthong Thai boxing school Training would take around 1 hour per session, with professional Thai boxing coach, privately
