How Covid-19 hurt then helped gyms in Thailand

Before the pandemic I was going to the gym five days a week, I had a great routine and was enjoying my fitness drive. Then came the lock down and the gyms closed. Fortunately I kept training everyday in the form of crossfit and running, but for many their routines were broken and their fitness suffered. Others, who never went to a gym in the first place, found themselves on lock down indoors and more inactive than ever.

I met Bart, owner of two Muscle Factory gyms in Thailand, to find out how he coped during the 11 weeks on enforced closures and also understand how business had been since the re openings.
