On 9th March, Sophon Vongchatchainont (3rd left), General Manager of Pullman Pattaya Hotel G, hosted “#Beats ‘N’ Bites”, an exclusive wine tasting experience.
Fantastic cuisine was exquisitely prepared by Executive Chef Thierry Danzas; including fine de Claire oysters, premium cheese & cold cuts, homemade sausages and stuffed duck rolls in port wine sauce; complimented by five premium wines.
The wine tasting experience commenced with Villa Cornaro, Prosecco Spumante Extra Dry from Italy, Lightband Sauvignon Blanc 2016 from Brightwater Vineyards Nelson New Zealand, Hugo Casanova Reserva Chardonnay 2014 from Maule Valley Chile, Chateau Le Joyeux 2015, Gold Medal Bordeaux AOC from France and finally Stonefish Shiraz 2014 from the Margaret River Region of Western Australia.
Sunthorn Lapmul (1st left), Marketing Director and House Sommelier of Wine Dee Dee Co., Ltd. shared his wealth of experience about each wine to guests. Over 100 guests savoured fine wine and fine cuisine throughout the evening with House music presented by DJ Paul Reed.
