Organizer The Championship will be organized by Windsurfing Association of Thailand, Pataya City Windsurfing Club and Pattaya City. Venue In Front of “Surf Kitchen” restaurant at Jomtien Beach, Pattaya City, Chonburi, Thailand. ISAP Raung Rular 2013- 16 RS:X Class Rules, Intenational Windsurfing Association (IWA), IFCA Class Rules, Techno 293 Class Rules.

Course will be described in the Sailing Instruction.

Scoring
Low Point system of Appendix will be used The system will be detailed in the sailing instructions.

– Under the age of 17 years old on 31st December 2013

Equipment
All equipment must comply with the Rule of RS:X Class, RS, One Class, Slalom Class, Techno 293 Class, IMCO Class, Phantom 295.
