Shiraz Rose with:
Salmon Tartar wrapped in Cucumber, Prosciutto, Asparagus and Cream Cheese
Chenin Blanc with:
Roast Pumpkin, Rocket, Feta and Pine Nut Salad with a Hildenbrand Olive Oil drizzle
Chardonnay Barrique with:
Grilled Sea Bass and Prawn Open Ravioli with a Lime, Garlic and Coconut Milk Sauce
Cabernet Sauvignon with:
Beef Tenderloin served with a Biltong Cream on a Potato Rosti
Coffee and Vanilla Panna Cotta with Flambéed Black Cherries
